BITL Preventive Maintenance to Keep Your Drive Thru Humming

Much like going to your doctor for preventive healthcare, we do a thorough checkup of your drive thru systems to ensure everything is humming.  Recently, we completed a Drive Thru Big 6 Inspection at Crown Burgers and discovered that the glass was separating from the display panel of their relatively new, $5000, order confirmation board (OCB). Since it was still under warranty, we were able to catch the problem early and file a claim, saving our client some major money and downtime. We also noted that their camera did not show how many cars are waiting to order, so the client has the option to add a camera for better situational awareness.
